Here are some answers to the most commonly received questions we get asked by business owners thinking about investing in The Program… 

WHO IS SHANE BARKER?

Shane Barker is the founder of Kaizen Strategies and the developer and lead Mentor within The Program. Shane has very broad experience within the business world and has the unique ability to insightfully lead business owners to ‘go beyond their possible’ in order to achieve an exciting vision and get the results within their businesses and their lives that previously seemed impossible.

DO I QUALIFY FOR THE PROGRAM?

You will qualify for The Program if:

  • You are a business owner or professional operating your own Practice;
  • You currently turnover $750,000 per annum as verified from your Profit and Loss statements;
  • You are dissatisfied with the current results within your business and you are ready and committed to investing in yourself and making a change.

We have had a few business owners join below the required turnover, although they did have special circumstances and were super committed to growing their business and adding value to their group.

WHAT KIND OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO ACHIEVE FROM THE PROGRAM?

The results achieved from The Program are really dependent upon YOU, your stage in business and your goals.

Typically all The Program participants are successful in:

  • Making and keeping more money;
  • More free time to do what is most important;
  • Less stress;
  • Happier more engaged teams.
HOW MANY OTHER BUSINESSES WILL BE IN MY GROUP?

Each Group within The Program is limited to between 10 to 15 businesses. This is the number we find maximises results, gives the greatest variety of insights and allows us to remain completely committed to working with individual business owners to achieve their dream outcomes.

If our clients win then we win… its simple.

WHAT OTHER TYPES OF BUSINESSES WILL BE IN MY GROUP?

We have assisted business owners from all different industries – retail, hospitality, trades, professional services, financial services, health, online and many more.

If the business owner qualifies and is committed to be a part of The Program then we will work with them to bring their goals to life!

BUT MY BUSINESS / INDUSTRY IS DIFFERENT… WOULDN’T I NEED INDIVIDUAL ASSISTANCE TO ACHIEVE RESULTS?

Whilst each industry certainly does have its peculiarities there is 1 undeniable fact…

Achieve mastery across the 5M’s and you will be successful no matter what your industry, business, product or service.

The Program is also structured so that when joining, your individual goals, circumstances and situation is taken into account. We work with each business individually to help them build the right strategy for their business and industry that will have them on the fast track to achieving the goals they set for themselves!

And the other cool thing is having a Group of like-minded, motivated and driven business owners from different industries sharing their learnings and insights and giving you a fresh set of eyes from which to consider your business.

I HAVE HAD A BUSINESS COACH BEFORE AND IT DIDN’T WORK. HOW IS THE PROGRAM DIFFERENT?

Well… it is pretty hard for us to diagnose why your last business coaching didn’t work. What we can say is this…

The Program is uniquely structured in a way to best support business owners to get results and we are absolutely committed and driven to help our business owners achieve those results.

The special Application and interview process we take all business owners through allows us to ensure The Program is right for you before you begin and allows us to ensure that all the business owners participating in The Program are equally committed and are of a high calibre.

We are not interested in helping EVERY business owner (even if they appear to qualify).

Business Owners in The Program are supported throughout their journey and their progress closely monitored to ensure they are moving forward.

This is not a “carrot and stick” approach to accountability but an “engagement and growth” approach that allows us to connect with individual business owners at their level.

Bottom line is, if you are still dissatisfied with your business results, lack of profit, are not getting paid your worth and have little to no time to spend doing what is important to you, then delaying on applying is not going to help your situation.

  • Individual ‘lifeline’ calls when you need them… because we all know that when things go awry, it’s never to a schedule…! (you have 1 on 1 access to expert assistance to help you…)

  • A Private Online Group Forum… easy to use, and another source of support, education and accountability

  • All the tools you need to implement the 5M’s successfully in your business (checklists, charts, guides and dashboards…) all customisable to your business.

A business owner is never alone as part of The Program.

IS THE PROGRAM RIGHT FOR ME?

This is a SUPER hard question for us to answer without us knowing more about you!

The Program has not worked in only 1 case. They just thought that adding their own ingredients to the process and following their own methods was going to be better for them… it wasn’t.

MY BUSINESS DOESN’T MAKE A LOT OF MONEY… I DON’T THINK I CAN AFFORD IT?

We understand all too well. If you had bucket loads of cash lying around you probably wouldn’t be here reading this! 

The bottom line is this… 

Chances are the cash flow and money challenges in your business didn’t appear yesterday. From what we see regularly with business owners, they have been brewing for some time and they have been causing you stress and worry. 

And despite being aware of them, and maybe trying a few things, you find yourself in the same (if not worse position).

The reality actually becomes “can I afford NOT to do this?”

Because until you acquire new knowledge and skillsets your position is unlikely to change. 

That being said, it is not unusual for a business owner to find a way to pay for the investment in the Program within the first 60 to 90 days of them joining.

WHAT OPTIONS DO I HAVE FOR PAYING THE PROGRAM FEES?

Fees for your investment in The Program are paid monthly.

We support both direct debit and credit card payments.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROGRAM RUN FOR?

Every member of The Program commits for a minimum period of 12 months.

We can also tell you that every business (except 1) has continued to work with Shane for in some cases up to 4 or more years.

Why?

Because the results keep flowing and their goals keep growing...

Because they are part of a community of like-minded business owners all striving for the same things…

And we have a LOT of fun on the way!!

 I CAN’T AFFORD THE TIME OUT OF MY BUSINESS TO ATTEND THE EVENTS?

What our business owners have found is that it’s so much easier to be think about, plan and work on your business when you are away from the office and the day-to-day grind and interruptions.

Not only that, the Mastermind sessions and events take place in a positive, supportive, and energizing environment that allows for new thinking and new ideas.

Combined with education, networking and a fair bit of fun, you have a recipe to complete a lot of high value work in just a few days.

It is the ‘reset’ lots of our business owners need to ensure they are on track and moving forward towards their goals and a great check in with their peers.

 WHAT HAPPENS IF I CAN’T MAKE THE MENTORING SESSIONS?

We encourage you to make your best endeavours to make the Mentoring sessions and Mastermind events. The more you participate the better your results.

That being said, we know that sometimes life happens and everyone needs a holiday here and there too!

All our Mentoring sessions are recorded and time stamped. That means you can watch the parts you think are valuable or all of them at your own convenience.

It isn’t the same as being a part of it ‘live’ but it keeps you connected, getting value and moving forward.

CAN OTHERS JOIN ME AS PART OF THE PROGRAM?

Yes.

You can have a business partner or life partner join you as part of your investment in The Program. In fact we encourage it. It is really important that business partners are on the same page when it comes to striving for business success.

It is also can be super helpful if your life partner attends also. We have found being part of The Program has actually helped relationships tremendously!

We can also accommodate businesses with multiple partners (3 or more) and can discuss what that looks like for you if you fall into this category.
